The Quality Manager oversees all DC/Store Audit Processes and leads all quality call-out investigations. Additional responsibilities include: Manages DC/Store Audit Process: Manages and prioritizes all audit requests. -Assess daily audits with assistant technical quality coordinator -Provides audit results back to cross functional team and aligns on action plan and next steps. -Oversees all audit information/photos/samples provided to global supply base Quality Investigation -Point person for all company quality call outs from home office and stores. -Responsible for leading investigation. Reporting back quality findings. -Aligning on next steps and closure of call out. - Leads all investigation of Bazaar Voice online quality feedback . -Provides next step and follow up to e commerce and merchant teams, TQM Factory SOP -Visit factory to ensure factories are aligned to TQM principles and agreed factory Quality SOP -Assesses production back to Factory contract green tag samples. -Addresses potential factory risks to TQM Director -Reviews Corrective Action Plans with TQM Director Quality Index- Supplier Quality Performance -Oversees all Quality Index Data. -Establishes quarterly review of the Index information with production leadership team. TQM Risk Management -On=board all new production associates to TQM Principles. Ensures TQM Culture prevention. -Quality Risk Management- participates in key milestone meeting to understand potential style risks and prepare suppliers for risks on key volume programs and highly embellished novelty items Education: -5+ years technical design or production experience in the garment industry. -College degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred Requirements (skills and abilities) -Ability to lead a team. -Ability to interact with cross functional leadership. -On-boarding of new reports -Understanding of garment fitting, construction and patternmaking. -Factory SOP Assessment -Ability to research and resolve quality issues. -Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
